In an effort to keep track of all the stuff I’m listening to in the car or reading, I will share it here and give a brief review.

Audiobooks
Brene Brown: The Power of Vulnerability
Review: So far, I love this audio. She is funny and honest. I still have quite a bit to go, but I look forward to getting in my car so I can listen to more of it.
Podcasts:
Tim Ferriss: Episodes 1-5
Review: Funny at times, but his early podcasts can be kind of winding. One of the early ones is almost 2 hours and could have been more succinct, but that being you can tell he is having fun and gifting us all some very interesting knowledge with some very interesting people he has interviewed in the process. The meandering of the podcast hasn’t deterred me from continuing to listen. I’d recommend.
Books:
Tools of the Titans
Review: I will be reading this book for a long time I am sure. But as it is based on the podcasts and I am new to Tim’s podcasts digging through a chapter after an interview with someone does help bring a few things together.
Brene Brown
Rising Strong: The Reckoning. The Rumble. The Revolution
Review (2/6): Just started

Books/Audio on Tape
Tony Robbins: Unleash the Power Within
Review: I enjoyed this audio series and sometimes wished I wasn’t driving when I was listening so I could take notes. But the takeaway: change won’t happen unless the pain of NOT changing is greater than the (perceived) pain of change.
Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us by Daniel Pink
Review: This is a fantastic book especially if you manage people in any capacity. Understanding how to motivate people and even your kids so that they continue to stay motivated towards work and even school is very insightful!
Podcasts:
Smart Passive Income: Podcast Episodes 1-20
Review: SPI is new to me, but I am enjoying Pat’s down to earth personality and he is very personable in his podcast making his advice and direction seem very do-able.
Mad Fientist: Coach Carson Interview
Review: I binge listened to Mad Fientist’s podcasts last year, so I enjoyed this one as I have the others.
